Our goals.

Help students prioritize their well-being and build KEY HABITS to manage stress and do well in school.

Create community among students from diverse backgrounds by hosting a highly INTERACTIVE online platform - including an app - for them to share experiences and support one another in their educational journeys.

Teach students how to meditate so they can train their minds to FOCUS and calm anxiety.

Hi, I’m Lynn.

I became a certified meditation teacher through the Open Heart Project after using mindfulness as a tool to manage anxiety and depression. Working with McNair scholars for over twenty years has taught me that students need more support for their well-being to truly thrive. ✨

I created 365 Mindful Days community as a safe space for students to explore mindfulness and discover what it means to be well. ✨
