Summer Wellness Program for TRIO students
starts June 4th!
Are your students struggling?
Help them streamline their habits.
Make school easier.
Students need to feel their best so they can do their best. They’re up against a lot. Mental health and well-being are the first things to go out the window when students feel overwhelmed. They often make poor choices, so teaching students how to build habits that support their well-being is key.
Students struggle with consistency; having ongoing support for healthy habit building is critical for success. Our Key Habits Program will help them identify their needs and build habits with intention and impact.

I attended Lynn's workshop at the COE conference and was so impressed by the work she was doing with her students. Teaching our TRIO students to take care of themselves by practicing self-care and teaching them how to meditate was completely in line with the vision I had for my students. She created an amazing curriculum for them to follow and connected with them in a meaningful way. Lynn Curry's wellness programming has been a great addition to our SSS Program.
