You are probably dealing with high levels of stress, anxiety and overwhelm from trying to balance school, work, family and more. The pandemic only made things harder. The truth is you need support for your well-being.
To do well in school, you need to learn how to take care of yourself - especially when it comes to your mental health and especially at this advanced level in your education.
Building healthy habits, managing your time and energy and making good choices - these are skills you can learn and master. 365 Mindful Days is an online space designed to help you discover how to truly THRIVE instead of barely surviving each semester.
It’s about helping each other make positive choices and bearing witness to the journey unfolding. 365 is a community designed especially for YOU. We can’t wait for you to access resources, get inspired to TAKE ACTION and contribute with your unique voice and presence.
