The Summer Wellness Series is a live weekly experience students access via the Trio Wellness Portal. Students receive a weekly email with a link to weekly video content and invitation to take small action steps to enhance well-being. The experience is designed to be flexible and not overwhelming because we recognize students are also engaging in research, classes, work etc.
The last thing we want is for this to simply be another item on the to do list. The goal is to create a community culture where students want to engage because of all the benefits they receive!
Students are encouraged to check in to the portal on a regular basis, share findings and interact with peers. Students will be incentivized to participate with challenges and prize drawings. Once a core group of active students is determined, live conversations will be hosted, in addition to special guest experts.
Average weekly time commitment for a student engaging in the Summer Wellness Series is one hour.
A personalized invitation video + publicity materials are provided, in addition to Lynn hosting a live introduction session for your students to get started. She is also available to do a live “Introduction to Meditation” workshop if there is interest.
The beauty of the portal is that students and staff can actively engage in conversation, share experiences, insights and challenges. The portal enables us to support one another in the journey - in real time - as we make progress together this summer. The accompanying app makes checking in to the portal super convenient!
Cost per program for unlimited number of students and staff to become permanent members in the portal and participate in the Summer Wellness Series is $3500.
